Olympic Spirit

In the midst of a 3-month Canadian Tour promoting their new album, The Things We Left Behind, Blue Rodeo has announced its participation in performing at the 2010 Winter Olympics this February. The band will be performing in Surrey, Whistler and Vancouver for the Olympic Celebrations. Check out the Tour page for a complete listing of dates on upcoming events.

I have to admit I am dissapointed they would take part in this money wasting,for the rich only, event, that will cost the taxpayers of BC dearly. I am sure GORD will be given exclusive rights to the BR tickets to hand out to friends and dignitaries.GORD will probobly wear a BR T shirt to replace his olympic t shirt he has been wearing for months.
