OOOh that's my birthday, I love seeing them on my birthday !lol  Now how the heck am I going to get to TO without setting foot or wheel on the 401?I've only seen them once in TO at Massey and the drive up there almost made me sick, but I just kept thinking of front row stage Jim!!LOL

That's great Twinkles.  One year I got to see them on my birthday and it was a great way to celebrate.  Good luck on getting to Toronto.  Can you catch a train?

Twinkles I would try to see them on your birthday, I did that just in December and NOTHING beats it, it will be YOUR birthday present to yourself.

I don't normally like the amp and last year was the first time I didn't go in like FOREVER, kind of missed it and all, but for some reason, it's just not my fav venue. But if it was MY birthday, I'd go 

I doubt it would be my fav venue either, I really like the outdoor festivals and the intimate theateres like the Grande and Empire.Thing is I can't get to many shows each year as my family and work obligations don't allow otherwise I'd be at every darn show...okay at least the Ontario ones!lol

I'm thinking the Belleville show will have to be my yearly fix unless I can swing the Molson Amp.

Just ordered my tickets this morning.  Wow.  It'll be my first Blue Rodeo concert, too.  How do they assign seats?  It just mentioned they're in the 100 level.

Tickets are assigned on a first bought, first assigned basis so the earlier in the presale you bought your tickets, the better your seats.

I see the pre sale started today.  STICKER SHOCK.  80 bucks plus the BR.COM charge plus facility fee is 100 bones a ticket!  Dont colour me cheap buts its a ton of money.  Add in parking at 20 plsu and a few beers and its 250 dollar night.  I think I will go to the Paris show and maybe get lawns for this at the last minute.

That's our plan...minus the last-minute lawn seats..I haven't even looked to see how much they are charging folks to brave the elements this year!
