My mom has blue ones...and she has brown eyes...its weird. I'm googling it! Hold on! I have flowers...so Bella says....around my pupils. OK well I can't find crap about it so it must mean nothing more than its your eye colour. Maybe God thought it would be neat to outline the iris in a different colour than the colour of the iris for a more artsy kinda look :-S Ok that's my scientific answer!

About the eyes, I don't know that it means anything, but people always tell me I have beautiful eyes (and my sister too) and I figure that's why.

Doesn't everyone have an outline around their eyes...I dunno...I do, but mines green, I just learned a whole lot on eye colour from my googling...and I did google epilators...but I wanna someone I trust's opinion...:-)

Yes, I think I knew that. There are people who lack pigmantation (albinos?) and who therefore have red eyes.
