my hair is about 2-3 inches past my shoulder.  my hair dresser knows that my hair has to be long enough to fit in a ponytail.

When I was about 10 I taught myself how to play the keyboard.  I never got really good, but I can kinda read music still.  I also am amazing at singing (when I'm alone in my car...emphasis on alone). Hahaha!!

dtpbm already have their christmas tree up?

No, I'm a Jewish-raised atheist ;)  I celebrate something called Winter Gifting Season, a term invented by the brother of an acquaintance, which I say lasts from November 15 to February 15, a time where one just gets lots of presents. That helps by my birthday being February 2.

Does the person below me have a birthday in the winter? (December 21-March 21 or thereabouts.)

Re: Does the person below me...

My birthday is February 6, both of my daughters are winter babies too. We always went ice skating or bowling for birthday parties, we also had a clown come to our house and entertain the children for a couple of birthday parties.

Does the person below me do anything special for their birthday or have any memories of what they did for their birthday as a child?

I've celebrated my birthday in Stratford for a few years now...that's pretty special! With the date change this year, we'll be closer to celebrating our wedding anniversary instead.

As a child I only had one Birthday where I invited all the girls in the class. I remember playing some records & dancing...I think it was in Grade 4 or 5. The rest of my birthdays were just immediate family with a cake.

    DTPBM like Winter?

I actually celebrated my birthday late at Blue Rodeo and Friends in 2004.

I think I like winter, at least when I weigh less and can ski. And when there's snow. Today I was able to wear a t-shirt!

Does the person below me play any sports?

Yep - in the winter we've been to a TON of countries in the Carribean - Cuba, Jamaica, Mexico, Grand Cayman, Turks and Caicos, St. Maarteen, USVI, Bahamas, Aruba, Costa Rica, Panama and others I'm sure I'm forgetting.  But for exotic and hot, I'd have to go with Abu Dhabi and Dubai in the United Arab Emirates.  Over 50 degrees C - now that's hot!!

DTPBM have a job they like?

I like my job. Although some days it's not the most intellectually stimulating or artistically satisfying....but I have hobbies for those.

DTPBM have pre-sale ticket for Stratford?

Re: Does the person below me...

I go crazy decorating for Christmas, at least so my girls say anyway! Not on the outside though, just inside the house. They call me the Queen of Christmas....Both said they would never be like me when it came to Christmas so inorder to avoid that, I filled two big Christmas totes each and gave it to them as a shower gift! They have both started to decorate already.....

Does the person below me wrap Christmas gifts as they buy them or have a big wrap up everything at once day?

Re: Does the person below me...

I do my wrapping all at once, although this year I've decided to start with the two gifts I have & keep going little by little.

DTPBM enjoy the whole Holiday dinner 'chore'? (I say chore because I just think the whole thind is over-rated. I would personally prefer a much more simplified get-together where everyone can visit, instead of all the stress & fatique caused by cooking & cleaning up after a Turkey dinner. Bah Humbug!) Wink
