My wonderful boss is back, which not only means that I am no longer interim director, but also that she has given me two days off, starting tomorrow, to deal with a loss I suffered way back on May 9.

I have been trying to cope but have pretty much been burying myself in work, and at home I have kept it together due to the presence of my three kids, so I am taking tomorrow and Friday to empty my emotional trash can and hopefully find some peace of mind and reason for all that happens in the world. Monday should (God willing) bring me back here a new woman. Or, at least the glad old gal I was before. :o)

*mental note: buy two boxes of Puffs Plus when picking up the V8*
