At 5pm EDT I will unlock this forum and the chat will start. I will post the first question on behalf of someone who is unable to attend today's chat. After that, any board member may post a question for Bob to answer.

When posting a question, please follow these two guidelines:

• Start a new thread for each question
• Wait until Bob is done answering all the unaswered questions before posting your question

The chat will wrap up at 6pm EDT. At around 5:50 I will ask people to post any last questions that they may have. Once Bob is done asking those last few questions, the forum will be locked and will be left as is so that all board members have a chance to read over the chat.
