Go out and see live music

I went looking and couldn't find it in any of the stores, so I have a couple more I'm gonna try....if not, then I'll just have to wait until I see them LIVE and get it then.

It must be a popular draw or something, because I went to HMV at lunch today (around 11:30) and saw only one copy in the "Sadies" section under Rock and Pop...naturally, I scooped it up. You should be able to find it *somewhere*, though. Hope you get it soon!

Just called Sunrise and they have a few copies, so I'm off to pick up my copy. Though I already know all the words since I've been listening on the computer to the YepRoc streaming of it. I love it though and I can't get enough of it.  Soooooo I'm off  woohooooooooooooooooo here I come

Actually I had to go to the mall near my home and there's a Future Shop and so I checked it out, I didn't bother this morning when I was out and about cause they NEVER have any Sadies cd's so I thought it would be a waste of time.  Boy did I shock some people just now when I saw the cd in the store, I screamed a joyous scream    oh well, that's me

Now to listen to it on a sound system instead of the computer speakers.....which I may add, aren't that bad

I saw the Sadies last Thursday night at the Halifax Metro Centre. They were opening up for The Hip.  I got to the concert early so I could catch The Sadies. Never saw them live. WOW they really caught me off guard. I have a couple of their CDs,  but live they really won me over. They were great. Crowd loved them. I am for sure picking up their new CD. Of course I have already preordered Blue Rodeos' Small Maricles.By the way, The Hip were God, just Godly great. WE CANADIANS HAVE THE BEST MUSIC. Now-- just need Blue Rodeo back in Halifax. And we are still waiting for the Greg Keeor solo tour. Come on Greg, love your CD--come to Halifax--just need your guitar.

Hey Rita!  Glad to hear you enjoyed The Sadies in Halifax.  I saw them a couple of nights before you in Fredericton. 

Blue Rodeo is playing in Charlottetown in late February... so you can expect a date in Halifax around then.  The tour dates will be announced in a few days, apparently.  Enjoy!!

Let me just tell you, that listening to this album on the stereo, being able to listen while cleaning etc, instead of only where the computer is------- well it just makes life soooooo much GOODer.  You guys have to go out and get it, it's the GOODest one yet   

I know that you have been able to listen to the cd for awhile now from the website but we HAVE to support our artists.

Listening in the car with the windows down, I tell you, I've had quite a few strange looks cause well ummmm ummmmm I've kind of being singing along and I guess my vocals aren't quite like that of The Sadies

Thanks for the links JAM!. I just picked up my copy of "New Seasons" this morning at Best Buy and I'm giving it a spin right now. Very cool so far. I feel a review coming on! More after I listen ito it a few more times and particularly on the cd with surround sound in my car. It's definitely our Sadies.

SADIAN - fan of the pyschedelic cow-punk band from Toronto, Ontario called The Sadies.

I envy those of us Sadies fans who live north of the border as you can call yourselves Canadian Sadians! It really rhymes! LOL!
