When we write an e-mail to our BR guys, where does it actually go?

To the people who take care of this board?

Do they even ever see it?

Questioning minds would like to know!

Hi Donna,

I don't know if this is still the case, but Jude used to take care of all the mail that was sent to the guys. I'm not sure if the mail actually gets to them, but Jude usually does reply... it just takes awhile sometimes because she is pretty busy. I've only ever sent one e-mail and became a bit upset when I didn't receive a reply. This was more than just a "OMG, I love you guys..." e-mail. I had asked a specific question about something... Anyway, I sent an e-mail directly to Jude and it turned out that she had misplaced my e-mail, but had intended to reply. My question was eventually answered and all ended well. 

Who is Jude, or rather, what is her function within the BR organization?

I believe she's in management somewhere. I don't know what her exact role is though.

Jude is part of the band's management team and emails sent to this site that contain actual questiona or are very nice thank-you notes are sent to her. Sometimes she answers them, sometimes she sends me the answer and I pass it along. It's very rare for any of the band members to answer mail sent to them.
