    Copy of concert on USB

Don't really know where this fits in, but I went to a Barenaked Ladies concert last February and they had bracelets that you could purchase for $25 and when the show was over you take your bracelet to the concessions stand and receive a copy of the full concert on USB....I can listen to my BNL concert live whenever I want and hear myself screaming in he backround!!!!

I thought it was just the best thing ever.....be nice if BR could set something like this up....it's a great keepsake!Yes

Blue Rodeo did something similar 2 years ago in Stratford. We pre-ordered the CD's via the website and were able to pick them up after the show. Those who weren't able to attend the show could still order them from the site for a limited period of time. They sure made great souvenirs!!

That would be awesome...this show will be my daughter's first and it would be cool to have a special memento for her.

Even though I did not go to those Stratford shows, I was able to get the discs via the br.com site myself. Which I thought was pretty cool.

For the recent Crowded House show at Massey Hall, the band teamed up with Kufala Records / kufala.com to record most of their shows, then offer them for purchase via the web. the quality was really good, and it contained the whole show, including all the banter between songs and such.

I would really love to get a recording, of this nature, from this tour - especially with all the new songs they will likely be playing!

When Pearl Jam did their last tour they also offered their live concerts online.  It really is a fantastic way to listen to a live music cd and know that you were there being a part of the screaming crowd.

I don't understand why Blue Rodeo hasn't released a live concert DVD yet! It's great that we have a choice a lots of great videos to watch on youtube, but it would be so awesome to have a profesional quality DVD to add to our BR collection!

That's a great idea Tanya and we will pass it along. I'm not sure how easy it is to set something like that up but I'm guessing USB is easier then creating a bunch of CDs.

I'd love to see something come about where more shows are offered by the band, via download (Pay Per Listen or Pay Per View) or CD - (Instant Live did a great job on the Stratford Shows - which featured things like Crying Over You and the Flamenco style solo Greg has been doing in 5 Days - 2 years before their time!) I am a fanatic that would get the recordings and would prefer music to the DVD.

I think they know how much people appreciate what they do on that stage.

Looking at the Calendar - Massey Hall might be a great place to put something together.
