Hey, that last picture turned out pretty well! Wink "I'll scratch 'photographer' from my list of potential future careers..."

And I am cracking up laughing at how triumphant I look in the second-last one. Oh man. Big Smile

    Great job, once again!!

You have every right and reason to look triumphant, rp! You got into the studio without a ticket. I'd say that's freaking awesome! :D

So are you shopping for a plain XXL tee to stencil something on yet? ;)

Is he really XXL? I wouldn't have thought it... Perhaps I'll see what size my dad takes. He's about the same size, I'd reckon. And I'll get him an actual NICE t-shirt, too, not the Michael's ones I normally use.

Yeah, I can't be accused of faking that smile. Greg looks pretty amused too. I think that was when I'd made that "Well, I've known you for longer, so you get priority!" joke.

I'm sure CBC security thought it was weird that I was pacing around outside the building for the better part of an hour (almost an hour, come to think of it)...Stick out tongue

Cruisegirl93, I have an idea how you feel: I have no computer at home so have to wait 'till I can get online at work. Somedays it's darn near impossible, but oh! well, at least I'm not completely cut off...

Re: Greg Keelor and Cuff the Duke on FUSE

I was at the show as well.  I posted my pictures for everyone's amusement.  I am posting 700 some odd photos because I didnt sort the good from the bad... I am too busy but I thought people might want to see them.

     http://www.buss.ca/v/concerts/GregKeelor_CuffTheDuke_CBC_FUSE/

At the end of the show I got a photo that I took of Greg Keelor when they played Spencerville in 2005 signed.   I think...but not 100% certain it is the same photo that was in the 2006 BR calendar(I can't find my copy any more:().

The photo I got signed is

     http://www.buss.ca/v/concerts/bluerodeo/DSC_7439.jpg.html

Which is similar to the shot I posted for Greg Keelor's entry on Wikipedia

To see the rest from that show... which I have posted before...

I figure it's better to go over than under, in the interest of comfort. And, you never know, he may just put it in a huge frame on his recording studio wall. ;)

Adrian you got some great shots! They put mine to shame. Embarrassed :p

I remember you. I was standing right there when Greg signed your photos. I was the girl trying to get my picture taken but it always came out blurry and my card was full so I had to delete it to make room for a new one. But I finally got my pic! :o) And Greg signed my Aphrodite Rose about which I am truly GLAD. :D (I found a copy of Pollyanna and started reading it, can anyone tell? :p )

Those pix you got signed were an amazing shot! One of them was for a church auction, right? I was thinking I should get my hands on that one! lol

Isn't it great that so many of us got to see Greg?*** I'm sure it meant a lot to him. Imagine if all the people who got tickets didn't know who he was? (Well, okay, that's hard to imagine! LOL)

***rabbitprincess, I hope I wasn't tactless in posting that. After all, you did get in to the studio! ;)

Hey, no prob. I did get to see him, literally. Wink

As for shirt sizes, I think I shall indeed ask my dad. He's about 6'3" (probably taller than Greg, but by how much I'm not sure), so whatever fits him will probably fit Greg. I just wouldn't want to offend him by giving him a monstrously huge shirt! Embarrassed

Re: Greg Keelor and Cuff the Duke on FUSE

I thought he was great.  I remember you trying to get your photo taken.  It was funny because I thought Greg was going to take off to some kind of dressing room or something before he came out again and it was 9:30 and the parking garage my car was in closes at 10pm.

It was also funny because I was trying to tell him how much fun it was shooting Blue Rodeo's drummer and had a mental block and could not remember it.  Duh!  What's his name again.... Glenn Duh!

I dont know when the auction will be.  We do an auction every two years.  Last time it was in October and this is the year.
