Music, Arts and Drama on bold This Fall

This fall, bold brings audiences a diverse collection of new series, returning favourites and original programming. Music lovers can take part in music history with the second season of bold’s celebrated LIVE FROM ABBEY ROAD. Premiering Thursday, Sept. 11, at 8 p.m. ET / 9 p.m. PT, LIVE FROM ABBEY ROAD showcases top-class musicians from around the world recording a session at the world’s post prestigious recording studio. This season, the 12-part one-hour weekly series features performances by Stereophonics, James Blunt, Herbie Hancock, Suzanne Vega, Colbie Callait, Diane Krall and Dashboard Confessional. Watch intimate live performances from Atlantic Canada’s finest young musicians on EAST COAST SESSIONS, a new nine-part weekly series broadcasting every Wednesday, beginning on Sept. 3, at 6 p.m. ET / 3 p.m. PT (repeating on Thursdays, beginning Sept. 4, at 11 p.m. ET / 8 p.m. PT) on bold. This season’s lineup includes Gordie Sampson, Jenn Grant, Hey Rosetta!, Ameila Curran, Meaghan Smith, David Myles, Rose Cousins, Fall Horsie, Jill Barber, Nathan Wiley, Catherine MacLellan and Joel Plaskett. Tune in to the best interviews from CBC Radio’s flagship arts, culture and entertainment program Q WITH JIAN GHOMESHI, a bold original series. Host Jian Ghomeshi brings viewers entertaining and intimate conversations with celebrities, politicians, authors and musicians. Debuting its second season on Friday, Sept. 12, at 8 p.m. ET / 5 p.m. PT, the hour-long program will air every Tuesday and Friday at 8 p.m. ET / 5 p.m. PT and Saturdays at 10 p.m. ET/ 5 p.m. PT. Watch FUSE, a six-part bold original program; it debuts Tuesday, Sept. 2, at 6 p.m. ET / 10 p.m. PT. I came expressly to post about this, and also to ask if someone had the channel and would consider (please! please! pretty-please, with a cherry on top!) taping it for those of us who aren't fortunate enough to have BOLD...or any other tv channel, now that you mention it! :p

I was at Greg's taping too, as well as at some other great tapings of FUSE. It would be great to relive them, especially since Fuse has been cancelled and even the repeat airings are over. :o(
