    It be nice to hear or even see early stuff 80's shows or even early 90's.....I myself know a guy that has a show on of all things recorded on his mirco recorder you know the ones I mean for voice notes.....I was at the same show as him...and we had to recorders going....my die and he kept on rolling but he has since miss placed the recorder so I ll have to get one there not that much.....so I ll have a 2003 show soon....

    If anyone has anything in VHS let me know i have a unknow show that a friend gave me that was tape off TV.....they are in PQ and sing a few song in french.

    Thank you again for this shows and keep them coming...a new tour session is on us and for some we can not make it to shows thankfuly some do thank you for taping this shows and others in the year and years to come..


    agreed btw, as one of the original first few members of the trading network, it is great to see some activity. Donna and others were kind enough to help expand my modest BR collection at the time, and it's exciting to see any sort of activity going on with it again!

    I joined the Blue Rodeo Trading Network towards the end - I probably received a couple shows out of that, but it was pretty much dead shortly thereafter. I think it's no coincidence that the decline of the trading network coincided with the rise of popularity of bittorrent file sharing. But with that said, there are many, many other Yahoo trading lists out there for other bands that are alive and well. The difference is that there are only a limited number of BR fans who are into trading and a limited number of shows actually out there being traded.

    Yes, Donna helped me get the ball rolling as well with BR shows a couple years ago. I was no stranger to collecting shows however as I have a healthy number of Rush shows (600+, I know… it’s an illness!), but it was really nice to stumble across a Blue Rodeo trading network! Big Grin

    Hello Cygnus27 thanks again for your hard work I remeber the yahoo group that was setup and a few trades were gonna happen for me on there but never got a replay from a few of the people its nice there a Bittorrent place.....

    Can anyone that has shows that post them on the The Hip Tracker please post it here to let us know....

    Deborah, yes Clark has been kind enough to torrent a few shows on the Hip Tracker.

    Just do a search for Blue Rodeo and there should be a few shows available to download.

    I've tried to download a few items from the Hip Tracker, but once it was downloaded I received an error. It says that my player does not support the type of file???/

    Anyone know what I need to do, or why I receive the error.

    Hopefully between this and the Hip tracker, we can all get some great new Blue Rodeo shows for our collection - as you can see, they reach a greater audience on Dime, but I certainly love the different pool of people that are sharing shows on the Hip Tracker.

    Well that's certainly the goal. This will hopefully reveal some more shows that have been recorded, but not shared for whatever reason.

    Does anyone know if there's a FLAC version of the 1989 show that was on CHOM FM (Diamond Mine tour) from the Spectrum? I've been trying to get that one for awhile.
