I've always interpreted it as dress pants, nice top or perhaps it means your nicest casual outfit.

    Hello All,

The New years show will be great. The opening act, Gringo Love (with Mike Callan) is a KICK ASS band with a wild Scottish twist, my favourite local band. I can't believe I get them and BR in the same night. I'm really hoping at this show, there will be room to dance with my hubby while BR are on. Usually the stage is completely blocked by people just STANDING there...what's that about.

Welcome to the board Irish Lou Smile

I was wondering who that opening act was. So they are pretty good hey??

I have to be honest with you, I am usually one of the ones standing at the stage but I do dance while I am there, I just really like to watch the band and rock!

Well, yeah, me too...but once in a while, I'd like to enjoy the show with the people I came with, especially on New Years Eve. But if the only way to see the band is to crowd the stage, then I guess you can call me part of the problem (lol).

I can't believe it was one month ago tonight we were in Bellingham hoping for the NYE
announcement to happen after spending the night before figuring out if we could all make it.

Well the game face is definitely on. Flights are booked.

Re: Blue Rodeo bring in the New Year in Calgary

For once it will be weird to have people converge on Calgary.... I don't think there's ever been a time where people have converged on Calgary for a BR show. *LOL* It will be different for me since for once I don't have to fly anywhere to be a part of the action!

Do you think there will ever be a converge on Quesnel?..........Hmmmm I doubt it!!! Not for BR anyway.

I know what you mean, Kara. Just driving a few hours will seem like nothing after what I've done the last two roadtrips. One thing that's the same tho' no matter how far I'm going; I still have to work out a few roadblocks to get there. Roll Eyes
