You guys do me a favour and keep bugging INFOPOP. They have been quite helpful in responding to my complaints etc. It seems like they are working on stuff. I complained about the New Since and this is what they asked for:
"Regarding the New Since Last Visit being off, are you still seeing this issue? If so could you take a screenshot of the problem and note the date and time that it is from so we can have an example to use for debugging."
Of course it now seems to be ok for me. I didn't know how to do what they were asking and these are the instructions I was provided:
"Just in case New Since your Last visit acts up again, to take a screen shot:
With the search results displayed on your screen, press the button on your keyboard that says "PrtScn"...it may actually say Print Screen" or some other variation very close to it....It will look like nothing happened, but if you open a program like Microsoft Word or Microsoft Paint and then hit the control key (CNTRL) and the letter "V" it will paste the screen print you took earlier into the document. If the cntrl-v doesn't work you can try either right clicking within the document anywhere and selecting "paste" from the pop up menu, or click Edit from the top menu bar and select paste..."
The more complaints and info they have the more likely we are to have things back to normal. Here the contact info.
