Hopefully this doesn't come out wrong...but do you have the "remember me option checked"?

I click the "Remember me" option everytime. I will check my end, maybe I have accidently changed something in my cookie setting or something.

Okay I looked into my security program and there was something in there to do with cookies. I've added BR.com as a trusted site so we will see if that makes a difference when I come on tomorrow.

Yipee!! Everything worked today. I didn't have to login and the new since last visit worked!!!!!! Yooo hoooo

That is great news. Maybe now things will be starting to get back to normal.

I can't believe it - today when I hit NSLV I actually got the most recent post. It did give me several extra pages of posts from yesterday but that I can live with.

Hip - hip - hooray!!!! It works. It didn't at first because I had a shortcut to the Search page on my desktop and it still gave me the old posts. I saw this thread & was all ready to post with lots of s but decided to try the link again first. Then it worked, so I've reset my desktop shortcut.

First want to thank all of you for your patience and answering the gazillion questions we asked...Also wanted to note that we will still be monitoring the site and this thread as the possibility for reocurrence (hopefull not) does exist as we work on a permanent resolution. I'm sure some of my comments (borne of frustration) were unpopular with you at InfoPop, but I'd still like to take the chance to thank you for listening and for your efforts.

Could someone please tell me how to get "New Since Last Visit" to work? I've tried deleting cookies and posting in the last thread--no luck.
