How do you balance touring for your solo work and your work with Blue Rodeo?

hey brer - well, i am a workaholic so this type of life suits me fine. my whole world is on my mac powerbook so i am constantly booking shows and doing press wherever i am. i do the rodeo shows plus 50 - 60 solo shows a year, plus record on a bunch of records and try to have a life. i guess the thing is, there is no barrier between my work and my personal life. if i had a million dollars i would be doing the exact same thing i am doing now. plus i eat right and stretch, ya gotta take care of yourself out there.

Now thats dedication. kudos Bob. and you're right, eating healthy and stretching make a world of difference. With that said how do you stay keep a healthy lifestyle. Isnt it difficult with all those irregular hours? Thx :-)
