You Can Now Be Invisible!
If you want, you can now appear to be "invisible" when you're logged into the Board. To activate this feature, go into your profile and click on the "Site Options" tab. Then look down the list until you see the line that says "Appear In The Who's Online list." If you check off "No" (and save your changes) you will become invisible. Lindsay

Gee, if the invisibilty feature catches on, it will take a lot of fun out of the 'stalking' feature!  I used to use the old 'hide' feature a lot when I wanted to lurk without being detected.  Now I've gotten used to being 'out there' all the time!  It's nice to have that option again, though. Thanx, Lindsay!

I see there's no also a pop up when you get a PM. That I like! So, does anyfind it takes a long time to load the reply window now? When I go to reply, I can see it loading abou 70 items or so, then it stops and does it again. It's especially noticable at work. Takes about 10 seconds or so to load. When I reply to a message at home, it takes about 5 seconds now. It used to be instant!

I have always had trouble with the reply windows, even before dial-up, especially the Quote window...I'm always humming the Final Jeopardy tune!
