    Ottawa and Buffalo fight

In case you missed it, Ray Emery (6' 2") of the Ottawa Senators blind-sided Chris Drury (5' 10") of the Buffalo Sabres with a late hit after passing the puck. Drury is out for a few games with a concussion. The following video is what followed the hit. Click on the Youtube box.

Not sure what your point is JAM. Did I miss something on another thread?

To be or not to be is NOT the question!

Rather, is it your will to be here, or to be elsewhere?

JAM I totally see your point, that was one h-e-double hockey stick of a pow wow afterward. It seemed like something out of the WWF!!!

Gobo, just showing a fight between these two teams and how hockey is really really "physical" and it's getting really out of hand. Just to let everyone see this perspective if they don't watch hockey or if they do and happened to miss this incident.

Katiescarlet glad to see you see my pointYes

Incidents like this will happen in hockey. It is a sport that police's itself. If you go after a star player, you can expect someone to come after you in retaliation. Look no further than the Penguins trading for George Laraque a few days ago for some protection for Sidney Crosby. As much as some people like to complain about fighting in hockey they sure can't seem to turn away when it's on.
