How do I get my messages emailed to my newer addy?

've actually had the same problem, I tried to change my email address, and it didn't work. I had my old work address, and I no longer work there, that is why I call it my old work address.

I don't think you can because your board name is linked to your email addy. You would have to register again. It's the same reason why you can't change your board name unless you reregister. Kinda stupid but that's what we've got to work with. No fault of the moderators, just the PTB that designed the software.

I've been thinking hard about this (& yes, it did hurt a bit!)...if I have to change my email addy because we go with satellite or something to get off this damn dial-up, then I will have to find another username & start my count all over again as well!!!!!?

Actually, there is a way to change your email on here (it's your user name that is a real pain to change). You need to head over to this page: http://www.bluerodeo.com/account/ You can access this page either through the Store or, if you're on the homepage, my clicking on the "My Account" link located near the top of the page. You can't though get to it through your profile so I'm not surprised that people are having a hard time figuring out how to change their email address.

Anyway, once you're on that page, click on the link that says "Change Your Password or Email Address" and from there it's pretty simple.
