    funny Bob E trivia

I think I found one of Bob E's old cash/fun bands. It appears to be defunct but somehow it has a myspace page. Check it out. It's a hoot.

(If anyone can retrieve the pictures, I'd love a post. I'm betting they could be good.)

Believe it or not, I was practicing my French when I came across all this. I found this in a French blues webzine.

    Re: funny Bob E trivia

In other funny Bob E trivia...I was at a friend's farmhouse and while we stood around in our coats waiting for the woodstove to warm the place up, my friend suggested we do the crossword that was in the pile of newspapers stored for lighting the fire.  About three minutes into the puzzle, she read "Bob of Blue Rodeo!"  and I thought she was pulling my leg but "Egan" was the answer to one of the crossword lines!
    "Over straight and crooked miles
Falling out of favour or embraced
    Wondering where was love...
    It hadn't happened yet"
    ~Ron Sexsmith~

    Nearest to all things
    Patiently waiting
    So let the angels sing
    Silently weeping
