I was just about to post the setlist, but you saved me the time of typing it in!
I agree, the show was excellent. I'll be going back tonight also! Please look for me! I'll be sitting on the right, row K, seat 23. I wish you had said hello last night! It's kinda lonely going to shows alone... until the music starts, at any rate... I talked to a nice lady sitting beside me a bit. I can't remember her name! That's bugging me. It started with an M... Anywhoo, say hi to me tonight! Did you not notice me in my snow-white yet rather stained Outskirts sweatshirt? (Tonight, I will be wearing the chocolate-coloured hoodie I bought last night! I am still debating wether to wear my brown cords, or striped brown pants...) I'll have my camera around my neck. ;)
I thought the show was just amazing! I had a perfect seat, third row, just right of centre. Great view! :D
Luke Doucet and the White Falcon blew me away - although I arrived late as the drive from Hull was a bit long. I bought Luke's new CD after the show. Hopefully will be able to get it signed tonight.
BR were superb! Very energetic and full of smiles. [Greg smiled at someone down front but IT WASN'T ME - I'm quite jealous! Oh, well, I hope he received something last night that made him smile... ;) ] Lots of funny banter also, from both Greg and Jim. :o)
I would have loved to have heard Love and Understanding or Up On That Cloud, but one of the highlights for me was Black Ribbon. Will attempt to upload it (video) if my comp cooperates and quits crashing. lol
I've posted pictures in the Photos forum. Have a look! :o)
That's it for now. I have lots of work to de before leaving early (hopeflly!) to get back to Belleville!
P.S. I tried to get a copy of Bazil's CD but they didn't have any. I think it was supposed to be for mthead(?) Will try again tonight, since I asked yesterday if they could conjur one up for me. ;)
P.P.S For those of you who are interested, Jim was wearing his jeans with the ripped back pocket.Greg wore his brown cords last night. They are quite stained! But still looked great. He looked comfy and at easy, at any rate. ;) And that is as far as I am venturing down THAT road...
Love and understanding are the best answers I've heard yet.
"I love winter, I love snow. I can't get enough of the stuff. For me there's sort of a serenity to it. I like the silence of winter, the way it's just hushed." -GK
