Can you send a link to the video's? Maybe you just saw maybe the chorus of the ong or something.. .But I do play that song and I use the chords on Stratomaster. And  use the chords in the BR book.. But there is a possibility he played it in a different key.

I thought the tabs on Stratomaster were done with help from the band or written out by the guys Indifferent

Nope, they're all done by fans or people who simply like to tab... at least none that I tabbed out were taken directly from the books... I just happen to be ridiculously anal about accuracy.

Re: Five Days in May Chords

    greetings....

I've seen both Jim on his own, and the band perform 5 days several times and I can assure you that the song is played Em/D/Am7th/C for the verse and C/Bm/D in the chorus....with the Am7/C on the last line ....I've played it this way since owning the record and if you have any doubts play along with the record.....your guitar should be tuned to a=440 for this.

Re: Five Days in May Chords

The tabs at Stratomaster.Ca are purely fans' interpretations of how the songs are played.  The band themselves have nothing to do with the tab archive except to permit its existance without fear of legal entanglements such as copyright infringement.  The only "official" guitar music is in the song books available at the br.com store.  To the best of my knowledge none of the online tabs were taken from the books.

Your version above sounds right.  Everyone has their own way of playing some of these songs I suppose.  I'll post your version if you'd like.
