I got our tickets too!!

About the Ottawa crowds being lame... I was just thinking that maybe it isn't the "Ottawa crowds per se that are lame, but a good majority of the Blue Rodeo fans themselves who are perhaps a little too laid back. It happens at every single show. You always seem to get someone whining and complaining about the people dancing. You'd get laughed straight out of the venue if you did that at a lot of other shows.  I can understand if someone's being disruptive during a quiet song, but come on. Some songs are made to get up and boogie to!!! The guys feed off the audience's energy!! The last 2 shows I attended at this venue were very high energy. I saw John Fogerty in July and Keith Urban just last week. There was hardly a soul sitting down the entire time. When BR plays their rock out songs in February, you can bet that I'll be up dancing. Too bad, so sad for anyone who doesn't like it.
