     As I stated in a recent thread, I think my Hotmail account has been compromised.

     I tried to change the addy in my profile and log-in but it won't change the results.

     Any ideas on what needs to be done? Thanks in advance, Lindsay!

    Follow this link: http://www.bluerodeo.com/Account/EditAccount.aspx and then just swap your old email address with the new one, hit submit and then sign out. Then try signing in with your new email address. it should work. It's easy to miss that link that I included above because it's called something like "Update your password" so you probably wouldn't look in there to update your email address. I'm going to see if the designer can change that. Lindsay

     Hi Lindsay and before I continue may I thank you for the ongoing

    improvements you bring to this board. The pop-up notification of

    P.M.s awaiting is perfect. maybe I only enabled it this week and

    it's been there all along but if not, Bravo!

     As to your instruction   I tried to follow what you suggested but when

    I click submit, some weird Google page comes up. Even if I ignore it

    and try to sign in using the new info, the system states that no such

    email addy is in the records. Would it help if I sent you a P.M. with

    the proper info and then change the password later, or am I just not

    doing it right?

    So when you go to this page: http://www.bluerodeo.com/Account/EditAccount.aspx and enter in your new address and hit submit, you are taken to a Google page?

    Try clicking on the "submit" button instead of just hitting enter. That should work. If it doesn't and you're taken to a Google page, you might have a virus or a worm on your computer. Hopefully that's not the case!

    Are you still having a hard time Gobo? I find that odd... I've never had any trouble making changes to my profile. It's pretty straightforward and simple, actually.

     Thanks for the concern Bluegirl and yes, it usually is easy to arrange.

     But I continue to have problems. I tried the straight forward thing and

    a google page pops up for some reason. I'll try again but...
