Hey there....I haven't been on here in ages, so I'm not sure if things have changed or what.....but when I signed in, I signed in with my email address but didn't remember my password.  So I sent for my password and did the whole resigning in and created new password.  All seemed good until I decided to updated my profile and then make a post.  My name on here was brokenhearted but now it is coming up as difromnb which is the first half of my email address.  I want my old name back, but when I went to the help column it said I couldn't change my profile name.  I'm confused because I didn't change my profile name to begin with.  I would appreciate it if somehow I could have my old name and statistics back.  Thanks in advance.

Late last summer we changed board platforms. This caused certain stats to change though the major ones like your post count should be accurate. Let me know which stats you are refering to and I'll take a look at it.

As for your user name, the old board let people have a user name and a display name. I'm guessing that "brokenhearted" was your display name. When we moved over to the new board, only user names were carried over and that's why you're seeing "difromnb" as your user name. I will ask our tech team to change it for you though it might take them a couple weeks (or more) to get to it.
