Site downtime on July 16

Just a heads up that the site will be down for about an hour starting around 9:45am EDT on July 16. We're just doing some behind-the-scenes upgrades.

That was indeed an unexpected glitch. We try, whenever possible, to give you a heads up, but sometimes things just don't work the way they're expected too. Sorry about that.
