Article from The Telegram in Newfoundland

Found this over on the Great Big Sea board.

It's too bad that people feel the need to shout out during the slower songs. I find it really annoying. Kitchener was great - nobody did that this time, though I've been to a few concerts where that happened. I wonder how Greg (or the other members) can stand it - I think I'd find it very distracting. Maybe you just learn to ignore it after so many years.

Thanks for posting this. It was a good read.

You can check out the thread about the Ottawa show on Valentine's Day to find out how Greg dealt with a noisy a** at that show. (I think rabbitprincess posted about it)

Anyway, that night, Greg showed that he won't take sh*t from anyone. I was there and it was sweet. :D:D:D lmao

I did indeed post about that! I have also told the story so many times that boyfriend dearest is sick of it. Stick out tongue But it's just such a GOOD story!

It IS a good story, Shauna! :o)

Almost makes me want to shout out to Greg next time just to get a reaction out of him! :p j/k of course! I'd never have the nerve! I prefer to admire in anonymity. ;)

Great article!!  Did you guys realize that it was Justin who wrote it?  He used to post here as "Great Dark Wonder".  Cool eh??
