I wish I knew what was going on.I thought the presale was to start at 11am, but it let me buy tickets just after 10am....what gives?  Which show is the newest for the Peterborough...May 5 or 6th?Ugh, I'm tired of glitches:(

You bought tickets when? That's alarming. I'll have to ask our store team how that might have happened. As for the newest show, that would be the one we announced Friday: May 6. Thanks for the heads up! Aaron

I am really pissed about this listing for Peterborough shows.  I was considering going to one of these shows, but thanks to this screwed up board it looks like a no go! 

At first it only showed the May 5th date, and when you clicked the link there was no Blue Rodeo show listed!  Now it shows on the venue list, but almost all the tickets are sold out!
Where on earth were these tickets sold?  When were they sold?

So now there is a listing for May 6th, but it shows the presale was two days ago!  When I click the link it says 'Sorry. The product you requested was not found.'  Grrrrrr!

What the hell is going on???  How are people buying tickets for this venue?  I have been checking every day and still managed to miss the chance to get tickets!

Hi Carol I know the presales have been very "glitchy" this year...it's the first time I've bought tickets since the Massey show last year, or the year before...can't recall. I just got tickets by sheer luck, I thought I had bought them for the wrong show...as the presale had already started....but technically it shouldn't have started until an hour later.Up until yeterday from my point,the tickets were still showing as available, even for a 8 of them, which I though was odd for a presale that had run for a few days. I don't know what to say, but if something happens and I can't use these ones (hubby is getting laid off)I'll gladly sell you mine.

 I'm sorry to hear that you managed to miss out on the presale, but I'm afraid I'm at a loss here, Carol. We announced the May 6 show last Friday, with a newsletter and a news post. The show was also added to the ticket section of the store, though it wasn't added to the tour page until Monday morning. The same was true of the May 5 show a couple weeks back.

Oh yeah I got tickets, but guess what, the store billed my visa twice, and now my credit card is charged $20 for being over the limit.Thing is, I only received one confirmation #, so that is odd.I contacted the store twice now(at my expense, since it's not a toll free #)...oh yes, they will get back to me by the end of the next business day....hmm, that should have been yesterday since I called Thursday.The way things seem to be going with the store, it kind of makes me want to just order my tickets from ticketmaster or direct from the venue and forget all about "best seats" in the presale. Don't get me wrong, I know mistakes happen, but really I've never had such issues ordering on-line before...just doesn't make sense.

To be fair, I'd like to say that someone from the BR store has responded and rectified the situation with the double billing.Hopefully it doesn't happen to anyone else.
