Hey Josh! Cool, you are starting a band?

So many times I hear something or say something and think, "that would be a good name for a band", but of course, couldn't think of any of those right now.

But how about a bit of info on the band...how many? all boys? what kind of music? That might help lame brains like me get the ol brain flowing a bit better....

Well anything from Bluegrass To Rock! Alot Blue Rodeo styal (My songs and hopefully sone of their covers).. So far its just me and a drummer... But we've had a guitar player whos in mind who would join so I dont always need to play the guitar and clan play Fiddle, Mando, Or Piano (yes, I can play that too now! :P.. I can play "After The Rain")

"Wheatfield Soul"  is a name I would have liked to have used for a band. It is the title of an early 70's Guess Who  album. A variation I also thought of was "Wheatfied Buddas". How about "The Blue Budda's" , now I am just being silly  ;)

  

I like Wheatfield Soul...that sounds pretty cool.

I like Wheatfield Soul too. Another suggestion is Goodspirit. I can hardly wait until you are rich and famous Josh, and journalists ask you how your band obtained it's name lol.

Hey Josh! Sorry I don't have any name suggestions atm but if I think of any I'll post them! I just wanted to say that if you find a name that you really like it'd prob be a good idea to copyright it asap (I don't really know how though...) I know of two cases where bands came up with names and had to fight over it with someone else, in which case the person who first had it gets it, lol

Good luck! I'm sure something will come to you (I was gonna say Red Rain but then I remembered that's an energy drink company )

How about Whiskey River?  I heard the name mentioned on the Outlaw radio station.  I guess there's some new bar called that. 

But man... there are so many choices out there.  I think finding the perfect name for a band would be lots of fun!

Man! Some of these names you got are very creative, I really like them! Its gonna be hard to pick when I sit down and look at them all... I just see what my friends and family thinks of it. And Yours right! it is fun to pick out a band name!
