    Mission Show May 16th

Is there going to be a presale for this show?  We bought tickets this morning through ticketmaster at 10am and they were only selling row D and back.  So were the first 3 rows being held for a presale?  I mean it makes no difference to me Row D is great, I was just wonderingHuh?

That would give a whole new meaning to the term 'pre-sale', wouldn't it! LOL Wink

That's odd. I walked through the purchase process and it looked to be general admission.

No we have issued seats so it isn't general.

I heard that its possible they aren't selling the first three rows cause they are too close to the stage and they aren't considered very good seats.  So maybe they weren't saved for presale.  It just seemed rather odd.

Hmm. A picture of the venue shows these tall white "divider" things in front of the stage. Maybe the first 3 rows can't see over something like that.

We haven't heard anything about a presale for this show and as of right now, it doesn't look like we'll be holding one. Not sure why the venue isn't selling the first three rows.

I think that tall white thing isn't a divider, I think it's actually the stage.  You can see it more clearly in some of these pictures:

I'm thinking, probably the first three rows are for volunteers at the community centre that this theatre is part of.

I mentioned this show to my oldest son who lives in B.C. and who introduced me to BR's music about 15 years ago, and now he's all excited.  He says he's going to try to be there.

That really sucks Sueme!  I hope you're able to get good seats through Ticketmaster.  We fluked out and discovered they were going on sale the night before TM was selling them.  It is really too bad the events page is not kept up to date with accurate information.

Sonja I really hope your son is able to make it to this show.  It looks like a really nice little theatre.

Well, ticketmaster has row O ...Crying Not what I was hoping for. Gotta wait till the hubby gets home to book now. Maybe a road trip to Fairhaven would be better! Smaller, and dancing! Drinks

Ya the Fairhaven might not be too bad since its a Thursday night might be less people going.  Last time they played there it seemed quite crowded and people got a little obnoxious by the end of the night, which didn't make it to be a great experience for me.  We're choosing to skip it this time around.

Let us know if you go and how it is.

Although I did just go back and see the pictures of the Clark Theatre and still Row O doesn't look all that bad.  Its a small venue so it will be a very intimate show.  I'm quite looking forward to it!!

    Re: Mission Show May 16th

Well it looks like you guys will have to give me and Lisa and nice little review of the Mission show as well.

We havent been on a real vacation since we got married 10 years ago. So this year we finally went against all practical judgement and bought a trip to Mexico with the kids.  The kids have never been on a plane so theyre ecstatic.... and so are we!

We did have 4 tickets to the show for us and friends but our friends bailed on us last week so since wed already seen them in January and there's still the opportunity for Malkin bowl coming we decided to sell these all to help us pay for the trip.

    Have a great time guys!!!!!

We will certainly miss your presence at the show on Friday night.  The family memories you will keep from a "fun in the sun" trip with your children will be a lifetime of treasures.

    CoolParadise Don't forget the sunscreen.

    Adios,
