Does anyone know how Jim Cuddy learned to sing?

Does anyone know how Jim Cuddy learned to sing?  I heard him live and up close with Anne Lindsay at a Wine, Conversation and Song event at our Community Auditorium last month. He has great power and control, in the low and high ranges.  I would like to learn how to sing like that.

I don't know for sure, however, I would think it's the same way you get to Carnigie Hall....Practice, Practice, Practice....

Hey Mike...sorry, I don't have an answer to your question.  However, since the topic is Jim and his incredible voice, here's something Bazil said while being interviewed by insidetoronto.com about his own solo record. I thought it was pretty high praise given all the talent he's worked with throughout this career: "I brought in Greg Keelor on acoustic guitar and Jim Cuddy in to sing all the harmony because Jim has the best harmony voice of anyone I know."

The show you mentioned sounds like a cool venue.  What songs did Jim and Anne play?
