Juno Submission
By submitting the attached image(s) I hereby irrevocably authorize CTV TELEVISION INC. (“CTV”), CANADIAN ACADEMY OF RECORDING ARTS AND SCIENCES (“CARAS”), INSIGHT PRODUCTION COMPANY LTD. ("Insight") and BLUE RODEO PRODUCTIONS to edit, alter, copy, exhibit, publish or distribute this image (and the likenesses contained therein) in any publicity/promotion and programming, including, without limitation, The 2012 Juno Awards, and for all other purposes, commercial or otherwise, throughout the universe and in perpetuity in all media used by CTV, CARAS, Insight and Blue Rodeo Productions (collectively, "Released Parties") or their respective promoters and their advertising and promotional agencies, in perpetuity, without any payment or compensation. In addition, I waive the exercise of any ‘moral rights’ and any analogous rights, including the right to inspect or approve the finished product, including written or electronic copy, wherein my likeness appears. Additionally, I waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising or related to the use of the image in perpetuity.
I confirm the following: (a) I am the age of majority in my home province of residence or older; (b) I have the right to grant each and all of the rights contained in this agreement on my own behalf and on behalf of all others who appear in the image, without the permission of or payment to any third party; (c) that the image is original and that nothing in the image will infringe, misappropriate or violate the rights (including without limitation, any copyrights) of any third party, breach any contract or duty of confidence, constitute a contempt of court, be defamatory or be calculated to bring any party into disrepute, (d) that I am not currently a member of ACTRA or any other performing arts union or guild.
I agree to indemnify the Released Parties against all and any costs, claims, expenses and liabilities and damages of whatsoever nature that may result from breach by me of any of the foregoing terms and representations.
Released Parties shall not have any obligation to use or exploit the image and any use or exploitation of the image shall be in their sole and absolute discretion.
