Down And Out In Upalong, In Stores April 10

BR_KeelorGoodPinsentAs we mentioned a couple of weeks ago, Greg has been working with actor Gordon Pinsent and Travis Good of the Sadies on a project that will see Pinsent’s poetry set to music. The resulting album, entitled Down And Out In Upalong, will be released April 10 and is available now for pre-order as a CD, on vinyl, and as a digital download.

If you’re in Toronto on April 12, stop by The Drake Hotel and see the trio showcase Down And Out In Upalong in person. In the meantime, there’s a wonderful featurette about the process of making the album up at the newly launched DownAndOutAndUpalong.com. Enjoy!

Jim Guests In New Classified Video

Greg’s not the only one who’s been busy with interesting side projects. Never let it be said that Jim is one to rest on his laurels. On the latest single from Nova Scotia hip hop artist Classified, “The Hangover”, Jim helps out with the vocal hook (borrowed from Diana Ross’ mega hit “Love Hangover”) and can be seen in the song’s video, which just made its debut last week.

The track is featured on Classified’s latest release, Handshakes & Middle Fingers, available now.
