Blue Rodeo has been chosen as the official ambassadors of the Canadian edition of Record Store Day 2014, the annual celebration of independent record stores, this year set for Saturday April 19. The CBC has announced that the Gold Medal Mix of Maestro’s “Reach For The Sky”, which prominently features an appearance by Classified and a classic Blue Rodeo sample, has been selected as an official anthem of their coverage of the 2014 Winter Olympic games, so you’ll hear it regularly throughout the event.
